By accessing or using the AIxpense mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
The App provides an expense analytics service that uses artificial intelligence to analyze users' expenses and provides monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscription services.

3. Subscription and Payment
(a) The App offers a short trial period, after which full access to the App is available only through a paid subscription.
(b) Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
(c) Payments will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.

4. User Conduct
Users are expected to use the App responsibly and legally. Any misuse of the App or its services is strictly prohibited.

5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by "DeliX Software sh.p.k" or its licensors.

7. Disclaimers
The App and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability
